The procedure for registering or selling a company takes place online through the electronic environment of the portal for entrepreneurs (ettevõtjaportaal). Estonian ID-card, Mobile-ID or e-Residency, as well as Latvian eID or Lithuanian Mobile-ID are suitable for using the system and confirming a transaction.

A company purchase transaction can be carried out both in our office and remotely via the Internet without a personal appearance. Our specialists will prepare all the necessary documents and applications, the buyer will be required to provide his electronic signature.

* Notarized sale (NOTAR)

Suitable for non-residents or those who do not have an electronic signature (a valid ID-card or Mobile-ID with passwords).

Company purchase and sales transaction is made in a notary office in the presence of the buyer and the seller and is certified by a notary. We will book a convenient time to visit the notary and prepare all the necessary documents for the transaction.

SERVICES FOR NON-RESIDENTS

In addition to the possibility to carry out the procedure for establishing a company or purchasing a ready-made company in person or using e-Residency, we offer non-residents the opportunity to conduct a transaction remotely using a notarized power of attorney.

For companies in which the persons acting on behalf of a company are non-residents, a contact person is required, and it may also be necessary to purchase a legal address service in addition.
