Child support in the year 2019

The lawyers of Kalashnikov Law Office report that due to the increase of the minimum wage to EUR 540 per month, starting from the beginning of 2019, minimum amount of child support will be also increased.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 101 of the Family law, the monthly child support payment for one underage child should not be less than half of the minimum monthly wage established by the Government of the Republic.

The minimum child support payment rate for 2019 is 270 EUR per month for one child.
